A 5-story building consisting of 100 units. All units are one bedroom/bathroom except for the manager’s apartment, which is a two-bedroom/one-bath unit. Project consists of complete electrical services, including the removal of 1200 AMP switch gear and replace with new 3000 AMP switch gear.
