This is a complete electrical rewire of a 5,800 sq ft historic home in Brookline, MA.

The work consists of a new 400 Amp service entrance (conductors, main disconnect, metering provisions, and distribution panels). Complete removal of all existing wiring (knob & tube and old romex as encountered). 100% new code-compliant wiring (NM-B / MC cable) fished/snake-pulled through walls, floors, and ceilings using attic, basement, and minimal access points only. Full rewiring of all rooms, hallways, porches, mechanical spaces, and the entire basement to current Massachusetts Electrical Code (AFCI, GFCI, tamper-resistant outlets, dedicated circuits for kitchen, baths, laundry, and high-draw equipment). New outlet and switch boxes installed in original locations.
